Responsibilities
Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with full ownership, including 3-way matching, accurate and timely payments
Serve as an AP subject-matter resource by partnering with buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve blocked/parked invoices, respond to inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, and ensure adherence to policies
Drive continuous improvement and support business initiatives by contributing to special projects, proposing process enhancements, and delivering strong customer service within the shared services environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is Required
2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable is required
Preferred
Experience with ERP (specifically SAP) is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel is preferred
Familiarity with document imaging systems such as Readsoft is preferred
