Responsibilities
Lead planning, development, and deployment of AI components and services
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize AI solution performance, security, and cost-effectiveness
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery
Monitor AI solution performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize systems for maximum efficiency
Drive security best practices throughout the AI solution portfolio, implementing measures to safeguard data, applications, and services
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a AI Architect, Lead or similar role
Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
Expert-level hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and secure AI solutions in the cloud at IL6+
Proficiency in AWS with a deep understanding of cloud services at IL6+
Strong experience with architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions involving methods such as generative AI, RAG, NLP, deep learning, and LLMs
Expert level hands-on experience with designing and developing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines
Expert level hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript
Strong experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Strong experience leading, managing, and mentoring a 'two pizza team' of full stack engineers responsible for component implementation, testing, and automated CI/CD
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
