Senior Level, Lead/StaffCall Quest Solution is seeking an Oracle Product Data Hub Specialist to provide strategic technical leadership and drive the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable platform solutions. This role will influence technology choices, mentor senior engineers, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure platform performance, reliability, and innovation.

Define technical vision and influence platform strategy
Lead the implementation of new tools and solutions to augment existing platforms
Mentor and coach senior engineers on technical best practices
Design, architect, and deliver scalable and reliable platform solutions
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of platform services
Provide technical consulting and guidance to global stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise development, QA, security, and business users
Stay current on emerging technologies to modernize and automate systems
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in Platform Engineering with global, cross-functional exposure
Expertise in platform architecture, design, and implementation
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends
Strong technical mentorship and leadership experience
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of networking principles and security best practices
Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Collaboration & Impact
Work independently while aligning with internal teams for governance
Partner with Solution Delivery, Enterprise Dev, QA, Security, and functional process owners
Act as a subject matter expert and key influencer in platform strategy and decision-making
Drive high-impact, global platform initiatives with minimal supervision
