Responsibilities
Independently meet with landowners to support parcel acquisition and easement negotiations
Represent the client professionally during landowner meetings and field visits
Support acquisition-related documentation, parcel tracking, and field reporting
Maintain accurate, timely records of communications, agreements, and status updates
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, or related real estate work
Active LLC required
Reliable transportation required
Preferred
Active real estate license in Nevada and/or Idaho strongly preferred
Familiarity with local landowner dynamics and acquisition processes is a plus
Ability to travel within Northern Nevada and Northern Idaho as needed
