Responsibilities
Build, lead, and execute the clinical operations function within a growth-stage biotechnology company
Play a critical role in advancing late-phase (Phase II–III) oncology programs
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of progressive clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, and/or CRO environments
Hands-on experience leading late-phase global oncology clinical trials
Strong CRO oversight and vendor management expertise in lean operating models
Solid understanding of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP)
Preferred
advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD)
