Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, design and clearly document business and functional requirements of moderate to high complexity, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes, in an Agile environment
Formulate and define systems modifications and enhancements based on both user needs and broad knowledge/understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Manages application testing; develops test plans, test scripts and completes acceptance testing for projects of varying degrees of complexity and system upgrades
Coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors/IT partners as part of the project implementation
Creates and manages implementation plan for production roll out of new products or processes
Develop, document and enhance system processes, as appropriate
Creates and updates training and administration documentation
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in supporting complex company acquisition work across both the business and technology units
Experience in gap analysis work that is data driven
Ability to collect, analyze, design and clearly document business and functional requirements of moderate to high complexity in an Agile environment
Ability to formulate and define systems modifications and enhancements based on user needs and broad knowledge/understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Ability to understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Experience managing application testing; developing test plans, test scripts and completing acceptance testing for projects of varying degrees of complexity and system upgrades
Ability to coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors/IT partners as part of the project implementation
Ability to create and manage implementation plan for production roll out of new products or processes
Ability to develop, document and enhance system processes as appropriate
Ability to create and update training and administration documentation
Ability to identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Experience with Software Testing
Strong customer-service orientation

Effective ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Ability to communicate in user-friendly language to both technical and non-technical end-users
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at a time and remain calm under pressure

Business travel, as required
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Experience working on large scale projects
Experience with and enthusiasm for Agile methodology
Knowledge of wealth management or banking systems
