Service Desk Technician - IT

Responsibilities
Provide phone support to staff with user access, desktop computers, applications and related technology, including administrative functions related to daily departmental operations
Receive, log, triage and assign follow-up actions as required to other staff within the IT Department
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Knowledge of desktop computers or information systems
Preferred
One (1) year experience in desktop computer support
