Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to members
Assist members' needs from start to finish in a call center environment
Promote financial products and services to improve members' well-being
Establish rapport with members and listen carefully to recommend appropriate financial products and services
Process telephone inquiries, transfers, mobile and online support, product and service inquiries and recommendations, account maintenance, and member relationship building
Assist with accepting loan applications via telephone
Achieve individual and team goals and keep up-to-date on all credit union products and services
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of financial institution experience as a Teller, Member Service Representative, Call Center Representative, or similar role
Intermediate level proficiency with computers and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented
Honest and trustworthy
Preferred
Call Center Experience
Working knowledge of Symitar (Episys)
Bilingual - English/Spanish
