Director of Sales
Renascent Hospitality is a hotel management and development company in the Denver Metropolitan Area. They are seeking a driven and motivated Director of Sales to optimize revenues through strategic sales techniques and revenue management. The role involves overseeing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and ensuring high standards of service.
Responsibilities
Lead the sales and revenue development efforts for the hotel
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Work in partnership with the Revenue Manager and Vice President of Sales to develop, communicate and implement sales strategies, mix of business, digital marketing and pricing strategies
Maintain and strengthen hotel relationships with key accounts to increase revenues, client satisfaction and community ties
Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
Serve as liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of select-service Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales, or equivalent experience
Proven success in building a strong sales culture
Financial acumen, forecasting, and budgeting skills
Extensive experience in business travel sales, group sales and catering sales
Sales driven
Hilton, Marriott, or similar upscale hotel experience
