Responsibilities
Value Creation, Integration & Exit Readiness - Drive EBITDA expansion, cash discipline, and operating leverage while supporting active M&A integration. Play a central role in shaping the platform’s trajectory toward a future liquidity event
Enterprise Finance Leadership - Build and lead a sponsor-grade finance organisation. Support a business with multi-entity complexity, recurring revenue dynamics, and external stakeholders
CEO, Board & Sponsor Partnership - Own board-level reporting, forecasting cadence, KPI discipline, and performance transparency. Translate operational complexity into clear, decision-ready insight for leadership and investors
Qualification
Required
CFO experience within a PE-backed vertical software or tech-enabled services platform, typically operating in the $50M–$250M revenue range
Demonstrated success managing regulated, compliance-sensitive, or reimbursement-linked environments, where data accuracy, controls, and operating discipline are critical
Comfortable operating as a hands-on, execution-oriented CFO, supported by a strong Controller, with a clear focus on KPIs, systems, and value creation rather than pure technical accounting
