Responsibilities
Lead OMS-focused test strategy, planning, execution, and status reporting for enterprise retail programs
Own manual testing delivery across omnichannel systems (OMS, POS, Web, Finance, WMS)
Coordinate end-to-end integration testing, UAT readiness, test data, and defect triage
Manage testing schedules, priorities, risks, and resource allocation
Provide test leadership across onshore/offshore teams and vendors
Drive issue resolution, escalate risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Communicate test status clearly to IT and business stakeholders
Identify and implement QA process improvements
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of QA/Test leadership experience in Retail OMS / Omnichannel projects
Strong OMS, POS, Web, Finance, and WMS integration testing experience
Hands-on exposure to Manhattan OMS/WMS, SAP CAR, and POS systems
Experience leading UAT and enterprise integration testing
Strong SDLC knowledge (Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management tools
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models
Retail domain expertise with Order Management focus
