Responsibilities
Architect and deliver scalable GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions on Azure & GCP
Define enterprise LLM architecture, integration patterns, and AI roadmaps
Lead LLMOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, optimization, and cost control
Ensure responsible AI implementation with governance and security guardrails
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and best practices documentation
Qualification
Required
Generative AI / LLM Architecture (2–3 yrs): RAG, LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph), prompt engineering
Enterprise LLM Platforms (2–3 yrs): Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Hugging Face, GCP Vertex AI
Backend & Cloud Engineering (5+ yrs): Python microservices, APIs, Azure & GCP Cloud Functions, Kubernetes
RAG & Vector Databases (2–3 yrs): Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Vertex AI Matching Engine
Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems (2–3 yrs): LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy
LLM Optimization (2–3 yrs): Fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT, memory architectures
Integration & APIs (2–3 yrs): Custom connectors, MuleSoft, Apigee, Azure APIM
Governance & Guardrails (1–2 yrs): Security, responsible AI, compliance, content moderation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
