Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Client Engagement & Relationship Manager for their IndigoFlow Wealth Advisory practice in Roseville, California. This role focuses on client engagement, lead follow-up, event coordination, and light office administration to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and warmly to inbound leads
Make consistent outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with prospects and clients
Convert outreach into scheduled Exploration Calls and Strategy Sessions
Build rapport quickly and authentically
Maintain updated CRM notes and track engagement
Support nurture workflows to keep prospects and clients engaged
Coordinate logistics for seminars, client events, and COI partnership activities
Greet clients and support a positive in-office experience
Answer the main phone line and triage inquiries
Prepare/reset conference rooms
Check scan, and route mail; assist with check scanning
Maintain office supplies and support general office organization
Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up
Support client touchpoints (gifts, cards, milestones)
Identify opportunities to enhance systems and workflows

Required

Resume + cover letter required
1–5+ years' experience in client service, hospitality, outreach, or similar
High comfort with outbound calling
Strong communication skills
CRM experience helpful
