Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and issue handling to ensure high availability
Implement quality engineering best practices to deliver services and solutions that meet stakeholders' needs
Provides highly reliable services and support that ensure optimal infrastructure performance
Explore automation opportunities and develop tools to automate some of the day-to-day operations tasks
Provide performance metrics and maintain dashboards to reflect production systems' health
Conceptualize and implement proactive monitoring
Experiment with new tools to streamline the development, testing, deployment, and running of data pipelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, or related
Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Dynatrace, CI/CD, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Java/Scala, Performance Engineering, Performance Automation Testing, Nonfunctional Requirement Gathering, System Monitoring, Load testing, Unix
