This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. However, the role requires the candidate to serve clients in Vermont and the surrounding communities, and we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings
What You Bring:
At least 5 years of prior industry experience
An active Property & Casualty License
A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system
Salary Range: $55,000 USD - $65,000 USD
