Responsibilities
Develop long‑term financial strategies that support growth and stability
Lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and capital planning
Oversee accurate internal and external financial reporting
Ensure adherence to regulatory, tax, audit, and banking requirements
Uphold financial controls and high standards for data integrity
Manage cash flow, liquidity analysis, and investment planning
Ensure optimized working capital and timely cash availability
Maintain and grow relationships with financial institutions
Identify operational, customer, and market risks
Recommend risk‑mitigation strategies and insurance coverage
Provide scenario analysis and insights to safeguard assets
Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting staff
Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance
Partner closely with senior leaders to align financial and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
7–10 years of progressive financial management experience
Experience in a fast‑paced, product‑driven or consumer‑focused industry (apparel preferred)
Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills
Proven experience leading and mentoring teams
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non‑finance leaders
Tech‑savvy, organized, analytical, and solutions‑oriented
Ability to work extended hours as needed; light travel required
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and relationship‑building ability
