The role involves outside sales of digital dentistry products, providing training and technical support to both end-users and resellers, and troubleshooting technical issues related to CNC and CAD/CAM technology.

Responsibilities
Outside sales calling on DDS and Dental Labs
Work directly with our end-users and resellers’ staff providing in-depth training to introduce dental professionals/resellers to the field of CAM technology for our CNC milling and grinding machines as well as our software (DentalCAM & DentalCNC); such trainings are provided both on-site as well as by means of on-demand virtual sessions and online webinars
Train end-users in operating products through online or on-site courses after installation of the product
Support resellers in the pre- and post-sale process, such as –
Provide training for reseller sales staff on products and positioning
Answer sales questions on products
Support with pricing and preparing quotes
Tag calls with sales representatives and end-users
Conduct web walks and demos on products with resellers’ clients
Co-travel and sales event support
Qualify sales leads and distribute them to resellers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC and CAD/CAM software and hardware issues
Provide clients with technical support and guidance through corrective steps by phone, email and remote-control software (e.g. TeamViewer)
Occasionally provide repair and maintenance work on machines, in-house and on-site
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent communication skills. Friendly and polite solution-oriented customer service mindset
Very good presentation skills across various formats, such as in-person presentation, videoconferences, recorded webinars
Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required
Ability to work successfully, both independently, as well as part of a team
Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Technical degree (vocational school, Associate Degree) or 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Driver's License
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Preferred
Prior CNC and CAD/CAM experience
Prior sales support experience
Dental office or dental laboratory experience (e.g. as Certified Dental Technician)
Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment repair
