The role involves managing administrative duties, supporting day-to-day operations, and developing relationships with talent and their representatives.

Responsibilities

Manage phones, meetings, and calendars, coordinating travel and expenses
Support day-to-day operations, including tracking the status of projects across the company while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Maintain various Department Grids
Operate conference room systems and remote VC applications to share materials during meetings
Create Talent presentations, utilizing researched photo and video assets
Develop relationships with Talent and their representatives, always ensuring professionalism and great customer service
Complete other casting and administrative duties as assigned

Required

1+ years of experience in television and/or digital content, ideally from a casting, Talent booking and development standpoint
Willing and able to attend casting and talent related events after hours and/or on weekends
Working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and basic editing software
Hands on casting & auditioning experience – industry outreach, scheduling, running and producing an in-person session, editing and uploading for distribution

Preferred

Love of pop culture, television, movies, music, and up to date on trends
Proactive, self-motivated and the ability to work independently
Strategic thinker with excellent prioritization skills
Hands on experience working & interacting with Talent
Strong pre-existing relationships with Talent agencies, managers, publicists, talent bookers and casting directors
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high energy environment with the capacity to manage a high volume of requests
Has high emotional intelligence, is personable, flexible and stays calm under pressure
Ability to work with and manage expectations of individuals with widely varying personalities
Comfortable and professional when working with Talent
Strong communication and presentation skills
