Responsibilities
Collaborating with our clients and company leadership to define the overall product roadmap
Interacting directly with customers and prospects to understand their Risk and compliance management needs in domains such as Compliance management, Audit, Policy Management, ITRM, TPRM, ORM and map them to our solution capabilities
Prioritizing functionality based on product goals and customer requirements
Monitoring each stage of the product lifecycle
Assisting in product development and integration according to end-user requirements
Helping document & test the functionality, security, and overall performance of the solution and associated APIs
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years in product management (or equivalent product ownership) delivering customer-facing outcomes
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and crisp decision-making
Strong skills in prioritization, problem framing, and stakeholder management
Comfort operating in ambiguity and making tradeoffs with incomplete information
Experience translating customer and business needs into delivery-ready plans and requirements
Preferred
Experience working in a squad/pod operating model
Experience in GRC / IRM / compliance / risk domains (or similarly complex B2B enterprise software)
Experience running pilots/betas and iterative rollout programs
Track record partnering with Product Marketing on launches and enablement
