Opening, processing, and closing refinance and sale transactions
Communicating effectively with lenders, principals, realtors, co-workers, and other department personnel
Reviewing and verifying information in preliminary reports and title commitments
Clearing title requirements by researching discrepancies and securing lien releases
Pulling tax rolls, assembling signing documents, and scheduling appointments
Uploading documents into the electronic filing system
Documenting all conversations related to each file
Preparing funding packages with accuracy and efficiency
Supporting broader company initiatives
Adapting to new software tools
Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years of escrow experience is required
