Responsibilities
Identify, gather, and document functional and non‑functional requirements
Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, functional teams, and stakeholders to refine and validate requirements
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) , user stories , features , and acceptance criteria
Perform configuration activities in COTS products and make necessary system updates
Debug configuration issues and implement integration and functional requirements
Demonstrate configurations to stakeholders, address clarifications, and secure approvals
Conduct functional, system, and integration validation to ensure alignment with approved requirements
Develop test plans , prepare test data, and execute UAT and integration testing cycles
Document test results and support defect resolution
Provide support during production deployment
Troubleshoot production problems, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide workarounds/solutions to business users
Monitor post‑deployment stability and ensure knowledge transfer
Participate in daily Scrum meetings and follow Agile/Sprint best practices
Work cross‑functionally to ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams
Qualification
Required
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong skills in triaging, troubleshooting, and dispositioning user issues
Technical proficiency in .NET or any programming language (for understanding system behavior and debugging)
Good understanding of SQL or equivalent databases and ability to write/interpret queries
Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data analysis
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail and structured approach to documentation
Preferred
Experience making configuration changes in out-of-the-box (OOTB) COTS products
Hands-on exposure to web-based application development
Familiarity with integration patterns, API behaviors, and system architecture basics
