Responsibilities
Manage team inbox, responding to process updates, access requests, and general inquiries
Regularly pull and compile reports to maintain data integrity
Monitor inventory to identify issues requiring downstream fixes
Support periodic assessment activities and partake in continuous process improvement efforts
Collaborate with technology support on maintenance and user acceptance testing
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in a business analyst or similar role
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an excellent attention to detail
Effective time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
Technology asset management experience is crucial
Preferred
Experience in Cyber Security domain is preferred
