This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, coordinating orders from quote through delivery, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing day-to-day communications and transactions
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, estimating, and quality teams to coordinate customer orders and resolve issues
Lead new product onboarding activities using structured project management methodologies, including project plans, schedules, task assignments, and progress tracking
Coordinate manufactured parts, purchased components, outside processing, and cross-functional internal resources to meet delivery and quality requirements
Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, project milestones, opportunities, and concerns
Support business development efforts by identifying new manufacturing opportunities with existing and prospective customers
Track performance metrics for key accounts and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience
Demonstrated success in account management, project management, or inside sales within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and convey technical information effectively
Excellent organizational, project management, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment
Strong professional references required
Preferred
ERP system experience preferred
Basic blueprint reading skills a plus
