Responsibilities
Partner closely with the C-suite to organize priorities, manage workflows, and ensure decisions are clearly documented and executed
Support high-level meetings by preparing briefings, materials, and agendas, and capturing outcomes, next steps, and ownership
Sense-check materials and recommendations, flagging risks, gaps, or inconsistencies before they reach senior audiences
Serve as a trusted conduit of information between leadership and teams, ensuring insights, feedback, and progress updates are shared thoughtfully and accurately
Track follow-ups across multiple initiatives, ensuring progress is visible and momentum is sustained
Draft and refine written communications, email correspondence, presentations, and updates on behalf of the C-suite for internal and external audiences
Help design and maintain core leadership rhythms, including executive meetings, team forums, and planning cycles
Coordinate cross-functionally, aligning stakeholders around shared goals, timelines, and expectations
Support strategic planning and special projects by monitoring milestones, surfacing risks, and organizing inputs for leadership review
Oversee select external relationships and agreements, tracking deliverables, timelines, and obligations in partnership with operations teams
Qualification
Required
Executive-facing experience. You bring significant experience supporting senior leaders in roles such as strategy, operations, or chief-of-staff–type positions
Executive presence. You bring credibility, composure, and confidence to every interaction with senior leaders, board members, and external partners
Exceptionally organized. You bring structure to complexity, skillfully balancing multiple priorities and timelines while staying grounded in the organization's broader mission and goals
Clear communicator. You distill nuanced ideas into thoughtful, actionable messaging
Discreet. You exercise strong judgment, know when to escalate, and handle sensitive information with care
Strategic executor. You enjoy turning ideas into plans, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring work gets done
Collaborative by nature. You build trust across teams and functions, acting as a facilitator rather than a bottleneck
