Responsibilities
Design and build autonomous, agentic systems for performance marketing
Work on frontier ML problems (reinforcement learning, bandits, reasoning, agent reliability)
Build and scale data infrastructure and model-serving pipelines
Develop systems for ad creative generation and experimentation
Own ambiguous, high-impact problems from first principles → production
Work directly with the founders on technical direction and architecture
Qualification
Required
Exceptional talent shows up in many forms
Demonstrated unusually strong technical ability through shipped products, startups, open-source, research, or competitions
Strong foundations in CS, math, or engineering (top academic background a plus)
Experience in big tech, frontier AI labs, or high-quality startups
Comfort solving hard, ambiguous problems without a playbook
Interest in applied ML systems, not just models in isolation
Genuine curiosity about advertising, marketplaces, or real-world optimization problems
