Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end deployment order execution and site readiness
Handle Problem Service Reports and provide post-deployment support
Resolve Equipment Install Plan (EIP) and Sales Order (SO) discrepancies
Troubleshoot delivery, supply, and system-related issues
Support multiple deployment projects simultaneously
Track KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational excellence
Analyze trends and recommend process improvements
Build and manage analytical models using SQL and Excel
Maintain internal documentation for training and reference
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams
Contribute to cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
Experience in an analyst or operations-focused role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or deployment operations
Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
Experience working with systems, workflows, or configuration management
Background in process improvement or operational analytics
