Responsibilities
Deliver engaging live sessions and workshops focused on applied AI automation
Guide participants through practical projects — from building AI-powered workflows to integrating APIs and RPA solutions
Provide mentorship, feedback, and support to help learners apply automation in their own business contexts
Collaborate with the course team to refine content and ensure pedagogical consistency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in AI automation and workflow design, including practical work with: Automation tools: Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate
AI platforms: ChatGPT, Llama, OpenAI API, Copilot
Visualization and productivity tools: Miro, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace
RPA platforms: UiPath (Web/Studio), or similar
Solid understanding of AI integration principles — including APIs, webhooks, data handling, and model outputs
Experience applying automation in real business environments (operations, marketing, analytics, or product functions)
Knowledge of legal, ethical, and compliance considerations in AI and automation (data privacy, governance, responsible use)
Excellent communication and teaching skills — ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience
Prior experience conducting workshops, webinars, or corporate training sessions (internal or public)
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) and ability to teach confidently in an international setting
Availability to work within European time zones
