Responsibilities
Western Range site Facility Manager and Corrosion reporting lead
Coordinate and communicate with the Facility Management to determine appropriate task priorities and resource allocation to meet organizational goals
Manage various Maintenance and Facility projects. Overseeing site documentation and ensuring repair efforts of 114 Western Range buildings
Prepare and provide progress reports, status reports, and briefings as required
Expert in work order submission and document control
Identify issues impacting the organization’s priorities and objectives and partner with management to address improvements
Align maintenance documentation with corrosion control
Assist with development and continuous improvement of organizational processes, procedures, and best practices
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Coordinate and prioritize conflicting maintenance and integration tasks at technical work centers
Countdown and launch operation support
Investigate and resolve support issues beyond site capabilities that delay or impair a site’s ability to conduct normal day-to-day support activities
Analysis of maintenance trends and impacts on operational commitments
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business management discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five (5) years' applicable experience in technical discipline, resource management, maintenance control, change management, or applicable range scheduling, maintenance and/or operations
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance
Preferred
Ability to communicate technical problems concisely and professionally to technical and nontechnical audiences
Ability to effectively utilize asset management, maintenance management, or inventory management systems in a business environment
Basic understanding of Western Range subsystems and maintenance concepts
