Responsibilities
Agile Process Optimization: Lead and refine agile processes and ceremonies, ensuring incremental, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement
Solution Architecture & Strategy: Analyze complex requirements to translate them into scalable and innovative approaches for delivery
Strategic Program Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
Team Management & Mentorship: Manage a multidisciplinary team of consultants, project managers, and developers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
Client Account Leadership: Serve as the primary senior point of contact, building deep, trusted relationships and owning the account strategy to ensure long-term partnerships
Technical Governance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, conducting code reviews and defining technical standards and best practices
Project & Portfolio Oversight: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while proactively identifying risks and mitigating obstacles
Business Development Collaboration: Work closely with sales and leadership to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and strategic growth
Quality & Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards while validating that solutions meet all functional and business requirements
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in technology consulting with a track record of successful project delivery and team management
3+ years of experience managing and leading teams with direct accountability for project outcomes and client satisfaction
Deep understanding of the typical enterprise tech ecosystem and its capabilities with the ability to define solutions that meet their needs
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical concepts to C-suite executives and stakeholders
Experience with a variety of products including Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud), HubSpot, CPQ, Zendesk, and integration tools
Extensive experience working in and leading teams within an Agile development environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to design efficient solutions for complex business and human challenges
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Administrator, or Developer are highly desirable
