Responsibilities
Oversee the complete payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage payroll staff and provide training, support, and development opportunities
Ensure that all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
Compile and analyze payroll data to create reports for management, regulatory compliance, and annual audits
Monitor and implement changes in regulations and company policies related to payroll
Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee records and benefit deductions are maintained
Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and concerns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, such as ADP
Expertise in federal, state, and local payroll regulations and compliance
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret payroll data and reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management
