Enterprise Systems Project Manager
Seneca Resources Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant for their Higher Education client located in New York, NY. This role will provide project management leadership for the implementation of enterprise software solutions and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
Apply formal project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid) throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among campus stakeholders, ICIT teams, and third-party vendors
Track, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Support requirements validation, testing coordination, deployment planning, and go-live readiness
Prepare and deliver regular written project status reports
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including:
Project plans
Risk and issue logs
Decision logs
Action item trackers
Provide executive-level summaries and updates to campus leadership as requested
Ensure project activities align with College policies, procedures, and governance requirements
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software implementation projects
Proven use of formal project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid)
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a higher education or public-sector environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies simultaneously
Preferred
Experience implementing or supporting Asset Management systems
Experience with Kronos / UKG implementations
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and change management in higher education institutions
