Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program delivery for security and infrastructure integration initiatives
Identify gaps between security and DevOps environments and coordinate plans to reconcile them
Facilitate collaboration across Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, Engineering, PMO, and executive stakeholders
Develop and maintain an integration roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and risks
Drive consistent status reporting, decision tracking, and executive-level communication
Track program financials, including budget vs actuals, vendor spend, and forecasted risks
Qualification
Required
7+ years of proven experience managing SDLC-driven programs in security, infrastructure, or DevOps environments
Hands-on experience using Jira and SharePoint for delivery tracking and reporting
Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs with vendor and internal spend
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Practical Agile experience; SAFe exposure is preferred
Bachelor's degree
Agile or Project Management certifications required (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
