Responsibilities
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define current state, future state, and target capabilities for real estate and workplace systems
Support the implementation and migration from an existing reservation/workplace platform to a new solution, including modules related to reservations, space management, and occupancy
Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with technical design and delivery
Translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements for development and configuration teams
Analyze manual or inefficient processes and recommend opportunities to enhance or automate them through technology
Facilitate stakeholder working sessions, workshops, and reviews to validate requirements and ensure shared understanding
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Finance, and IT to support real estate management and chargeback processes
Support testing, validation, and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of Business Analyst experience, ideally supporting enterprise systems or large-scale platform implementations
Strong experience defining end-to-end business processes, including current state, future state, and gap analysis
Proven ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Experience supporting or implementing enterprise platforms, such as: Workplace reservation / hotelling systems, Real estate or facilities management systems, ERP or enterprise finance platforms
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences
Strong documentation, process mapping, and requirements management skills
Preferred
Experience with workplace reservation, space management, or occupancy platforms (e.g., desk/room booking, space utilization)
Exposure to systems such as Condeco, Tango, or similar workplace or facilities platforms
Experience working with Real Estate or Corporate Facilities teams
Familiarity with chargeback models, space utilization reporting, or occupancy analytics
Experience supporting enterprise system migrations or platform replacements
