In this role, you'll collaborate with various internal functional groups to ensure the seamless flow of clinical supplies and equipment while meeting operational and regulatory aspects of sponsored trials.

Responsibilities

Maintain, organize, prepare, and order supplies and equipment required for clinical studies
Coordinate calibrations and preventative maintenance services for clinical equipment
Process timely shipping of clinical study supplies and equipment
Assist with tracking supply costs and managing daily operations, including methods, workflow, and procedures
Assist in the set-up of IT equipment and testing of electronic data capturing systems for clinical studies
Support quality control of study-related documents and ensure their correct distribution
Provide support to CRA personnel for preparing documentation, reports, and presentations
Coordinate study-related meetings and perform scribe functions during clinical meetings
Create change order documents in the company's document control system
Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership across departments to meet clinical timelines
