Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
Create and manage data connections across Microsoft tools and enterprise data sources, including role-based access control
Develop Power BI dashboards to transform raw or low-quality ("minable") data into meaningful and actionable insights
Implement intake forms to collect business requirements, cost data, and value indicators from stakeholders
Support automation initiatives using Power Automate to improve business processes and operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with business teams to translate functional needs into scalable digital solutions
Ensure solutions comply with Microsoft environment standards, governance, and security policies (Entra ID / Azure AD)
Provide documentation and user support for developed applications and dashboards
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum of 4–6 years of professional experience in digital automation, business application development, or data visualization within a Microsoft environment
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
Experience working in corporate or industrial environments
Hands-on experience with Power Apps (application development)
Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization)
Experience with Power Automate
Experience working in a Microsoft corporate environment
Knowledge of role-based access control and data connections
Ability to structure and exploit incomplete or low-quality data
Preferred
Experience with Dataverse and data modeling
Knowledge of Azure services (Azure SQL, SharePoint, APIs)
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Understanding of intake processes, cost/value analysis, or KPI definition
Basic knowledge of Power Platform governance and best practices
Experience in multicultural or international project environments
Ability to support or mentor junior team members
