Responsibilities
Lead and provide intelligent building systems for a variety of project types simultaneously with varying sizes and levels of complexity
Lead larger multi-discipline teams and resources and effectively manage project scopes, budget and scheduling/deadlines
Interface internally with staff to organize in-house resources and regularly meet with clients
Report on all aspects of the projects being managed and provide information crucial for metrics on profitability
Contribute to the overall business development of the office and build and maintain a network of client relationships
Prepare responses to RFP’s including preparation of technical fee proposals and any other ancillary requirements
Qualification
Required
A BS in Engineering and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in building design
PE required
Ability to provide significant strategic and technical leadership and proven track record of team building and executive leadership
A track record of successful management of projects of all sizes
Demonstrate extensive knowledge and strongly developed understanding of client's business, competitors and industry at large
Dynamic personality and approach to business development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
Ability to professionally represent Ettinger Engineering Associates to clients and agencies at meetings and through written correspondence is essential
Candidates must be authorized to work in The United States
Preferred
LEED Accreditation and CAD/Revit experience preferred
