Responsibilities

Record and organize bills from vendors
Update and maintain accounting records
Complete client invoicing
Process payments including cash, checks, or credit cards
Input entries into proper accounts
Assist in the resolution of billing discrepancies
Review and post daily cash deposit batches
Manage inventory of products and supplies
Perform credit card reconciliations
Reconcile bank accounts
Assist with the collection of past due accounts

Qualification

Required

Ten plus years of experience in a bookkeeping role
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a face-paced environment

Bachelor's degree is preferred
Knowledge of Sage is preferred
