Responsibilities

Code and process Accounts Payable invoices
Assists in resolution of internal and external helpdesk requests related to the Accounts Payable function
Monitors invoice approval process when necessary to ensure timeliness
Assists with ad hoc reporting and other special projects as assigned

Qualification

Required

A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Accounting or another business-related field with a minimum GPA of 0
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed)
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at once
