Responsibilities
Accurately manage employee timekeeping
Coordinate with project managers, field staff, vendors, and subcontractors
Respond to emails, and handle general administrative inquiries
Support job costing, expense tracking, and reporting as needed
Ensure compliance with company procedures and deadlines
Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports
Coordinate field schedules and meetings
Track inventory and supplies for field operations
Prepare and distribute daily/weekly reports to office personnel
Communicate effectively with office staff, vendors, and field teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of administrative experience, in a construction environment
Previous experience as an administrative assistant in construction or a trade-based industry
Strong knowledge of timekeeping
Knowledgeable in purchase orders, and billing documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
TWIC card Required
Prospective Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
