Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and other office technology
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory
Support network domains and address basic networking issues
Assist clients via phone, email, or remote support in a clear, professional manner
Provide guidance and training on software applications as needed
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain, support, and enhance IT infrastructure
Assist with IT projects, including planning, deployment, upgrades, and coordination with internal teams or third-party vendors
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong foundational IT knowledge (CompTIA A+ level or equivalent experience)
Experience working with Windows desktop and server environments
Proficiency with Active Directory and domain management
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, DHCP, IP addressing, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing situations
Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Preferred
Experience with document management systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments, Worldox)
Previous experience supporting legal or professional services clients
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or DMS certifications)
