Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated with a Bachelors degree from an accredited university within the last year
Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Full stack developer skills, a combination of strong front-end and back-end skills, along with essential soft skills
Front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with frameworks like React or Angular
Back-end languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java
Database management (SQL/NoSQL)
Version control with Git
Key soft skills are communication, problem-solving
Preferred
3.0 GPA or above
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time
