Regional Account Manager
Executive Recruiting Associates is seeking a Regional Account Manager of Industrial and OEM Sales to drive growth and market penetration across industrial distributors and OEM customers. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and pursuing new business opportunities within the Southeastern US.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a national sales strategy tailored to industrial distributors and OEM customers
Manage and grow existing customers
Drive new sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target accounts
Establish clear short- and long-term sales goals aligned with business objectives and ensure consistent profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at industrial distributors and OEM partners
Qualification
Required
Candidate should reside in Southeastern US with easy access to a regional airport and interstate roadways
Candidate should have experience handling a multi-state territory in the Southeast
Develop and implement a national sales strategy tailored to industrial distributors and OEM customers
Manage and grow existing customers
Drive new sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target accounts
Establish clear short- and long-term sales goals aligned with business objectives and ensure consistent profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at industrial distributors and OEM partners
Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial and OEM sales, with a proven track record of success selling fasteners, anchoring systems, or related products to industrial distributors and OEMs
In-depth knowledge of anchoring products and their applications
Up to 50 % travel
