Healthcare Customer Success Representative
City Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Customer Success Representative to provide high-quality support to healthcare providers and patients. This client-facing role involves managing a high volume of interactions, resolving issues, and educating clients on diagnostic products and services.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Deliver timely, professional, and empathetic customer support
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions
Conduct proactive outreach regarding test orders, supplies, results, and services
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve order-related and service issues
Identify recurring issues or trends and escalate as appropriate
Accurately document all customer interactions in Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems
Educate providers, care teams, and patients on diagnostic products and services
Support clinical data delivery for sequenced patients
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, laboratory, and clinical teams
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements
Contribute to goals related to customer satisfaction, retention, and turnaround time
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
Ability to understand and communicate scientific, clinical, or technical information
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Adaptable to changing priorities, processes, and procedures
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Biological Sciences or related field a plus)
1+ years of customer service, customer success, healthcare support, or call center experience preferred
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Bilingual skills are a strong plus
Healthcare Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
CRM System: 2 years (Preferred)
