Responsibilities
Investigate compensability of claims
Assess exposure and set appropriate reserves
Manage medical and indemnity benefits
Communicate effectively with agents, policyholders, and other business partners
Handle workers' compensation claims, primarily indemnity and some medical-only
Qualification
Required
2+ years of lost time adjuster experience
Jurisdictional expertise in Illinois and Wisconsin
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
