Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor financial statements, revenues, expenses, and key financial indicators
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management and stakeholders
Develop financial projections, forecasts, and profitability analyses
Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of budgets
Manage and optimize accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate in English (written and verbal) when required
(Preferred) Analyze insurance-related financial data such as premiums, claims, reserves, and loss ratios
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Intermediate English level (reading, writing, and conversational)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus (carriers, brokers, MGAs, or related services)
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
