Responsibilities
Lead & Deliver: Manage a small squad of Full Stack Engineers and QA to hit aggressive MVP milestones
AI-First Workflow: Champion spec-driven development using Copilot and agentic platforms to accelerate output
Technical Ownership: Oversee technical planning, architecture, code reviews, and CI/CD cadence
Stakeholder Partnership: Bridge the gap between product requirements and engineering execution to unblock the team and ship fast
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading .NET teams in fast-paced environments
Mastery of C#, .NET, and Web APIs
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in a professional production cycle
Strong SDLC discipline with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability
Preferred
Blazor expertise (highly preferred)
Experience with Azure and Mobile Healthcare products
