Responsibilities
Generate and close new business for personal and commercial P&C policies
Efficiently work multiple leads and prioritizing time
Conduct needs-based consultations with clients and prospects
Cross-sell and upsell appropriate coverage solutions
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up in agency systems
Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of North Carolina (required)
Minimum of 2 years experience writing new P&C insurance business
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, inside sales environment
Preferred
Experience with both personal and commercial lines preferred
