Responsibilities
Manage and optimize operational processes with a focus on cybersecurity controls
Track, analyze, and report process throughput and performance metrics
Build and maintain dashboards using Google Sheets
Analyze datasets, identify gaps, and implement compensating controls
Run, modify, and interpret SQL queries to support reporting and decision-making
Prepare presentations and updates using Google Slides linked to live data
Work with multiple internal tools and applications to drive process execution
Partner with business, audit, and technical stakeholders
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
Escalate concerns appropriately to ensure compliance and timeliness
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years in a Process Manager role
Strong cybersecurity background (mandatory)
Experience in process management (Lean / Yellow Belt a plus)
Understanding of control management principles (accuracy, completeness, timeliness)
Google Sheets: Advanced proficiency (formulas, dashboards, throughput tracking)
SQL: Ability to run, understand, and modify queries; creating new queries is a plus
Data Management: Strong understanding of data structure, gaps, and compensating solutions
Google Slides: Strong experience linking slides to Sheets and using existing features
Tools & Applications: Ability to quickly learn and understand enterprise applications and how they integrate (APIs, ETL, manual processes)
Excellent communication across business, audit, and technical teams
Strong time management and multitasking ability
High customer focus and collaborative mindset
Sound judgment with ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately
Independent thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
