Senior Implementation Manager

Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the implementation function
Align implementation initiatives with broader business and client strategies
Represent implementation in executive-level planning and governance forums
Oversee a portfolio of complex, multi-region implementation programs
Ensure robust governance, risk management, and quality assurance practices are in place
Monitor program performance and drive corrective actions where necessary
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client executives and internal business leaders
Act as a strategic advisor during solution design, deployment, and transformation initiatives
Lead executive-level client reviews and contribute to commercial discussions
Lead, coach, and develop a team of implementation managers and senior specialists
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the implementation function
Drive standardization, automation, and scalability of implementation processes
Lead post-implementation reviews and embed lessons learned into future delivery
Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and methodologies that enhance delivery quality
Qualification
Required
Experience leading the implementation of a multi-regional Managed Service Provider programs, including deployment of Vendor Management system and Integrations to client systems
Experience leading the Implementation Change Management program of a multi-regional Managed Service Provider programs
Experience and success in C-Level client stakeholder management, engagement, and presentation preparation and effective delivery
Experience of running resourcing or HR services implementation, improvement or change projects
Working knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle from experience gained working within Recruitment and/or HR function
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 platform and applications; MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and MS Project
Preferred
Experience delivering consulting engagements
Experience preparing content for and presented to c-suite level stakeholders
Working knowledge of multiple Talent Acquisition services e.g. permanent and contingent recruitment
Experience of responding to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) and producing sales collateral
Experience project delivery methodology and toolkits
Working knowledge of outsourced services contracts
Has drafted implementation / transition schedules in outsourced services contracts
Project Management Certification e.g. Prince 2 or PMP
Experience of Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Lean Improvement or similar methodologies
