Responsibilities
Support the execution of annual and quarterly P&T planning cycles, ensuring alignment with enterprise and technology operating cadences
Draft, manage, and distribute in-cycle planning communications to stakeholders
Own and manage the quarterly P&T planning calendar, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and timelines are clearly defined and tracked
Maintain and manage planning content on the central planning website, ensuring materials are accurate, current, and accessible
Partner with the Planning Lead to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to planning frameworks, processes, and governance
Provide analytical and operational support for special initiatives and ad hoc planning projects
Assist Project Managers in all aspects of project management, including planning, data gathering, analysis, execution, tracking, and follow-up
Track progress across one or more projects, including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
Develop and maintain project plans and work breakdown structures
Drive follow-through on action items and decisions from project and stakeholder meetings
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, status reporting, and issue resolution
Support technical, financial, and organizational analysis by researching issues, synthesizing findings, and providing recommendations
Maintain project documentation, knowledge bases, and archives to ensure transparency and continuity
Recommend and support the development of operational and process improvements to enhance planning and project execution effectiveness
Ensure all planning and project activities comply with established practices, policies, and standard operating procedures
Participate in required meetings, planning forums, and interdepartmental activities
Support additional initiatives and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting enterprise planning, program management, or project management functions within a Product and/or Technology organization
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to translate complex information into clear plans, timelines, and status updates
Experience working with planning tools, documentation repositories, and collaboration platforms
Proven ability to identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Structured & Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into clear components, prioritize effectively, and focus on the highest-impact work
Strong judgment in identifying trade-offs and supporting data-driven decision making
Planning & Product/Technology Acumen: Understanding of enterprise and Product & Technology planning methodologies, including portfolio management, Agile/Scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe), and planning cadences
Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical concepts to effectively partner with Product and Engineering teams
